Construction Documents
LKDCS develops very detailed drawings and specifications to reduce the risk that the project will not be executed in accordance with the owner's and designer's intent. The drawings and specifications provide sufficient information such that the development of shop drawings and execution of the construction work can be implemented by the contractor without requesting a great deal of additional information.
Construction Management
LKCDS provides CM services to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with the technical documentation and best industry practice, and that the client receives the quality and type of construction described in the contract documents.
Practice
Modifications, Alterations, and Additions

LKCDS assists the architect of record, with designing the building enclosure envelope systems. Reviewing design concepts and recommending ways to improve performance. Helping select building enclosure systems and developing details and specifications for integrating selected systems.
